Payment Policy
1. To register for our program, it is mandatory to have an active card on file to secure your spot and avoid any late fees or termination. If a student refuses to provide their card information, they will not be able to register. We understand that payments can be difficult, which is why we offer payment plans and Afterpay to help decrease overdue payments. Additionally, students can pay at least 10-20% of the payment due.
2. Communication is key, and we expect all parties to work together to ensure timely payments. It is important to keep us updated with your payments to avoid any late fees or termination of the course. Payments are scheduled every two weeks after a deposit is made with MedCarePro LLC.
3. Starting November 16th, 2023, late fees will occur each week starting at $25. If a student has an overdue payment for 5 days and has not responded, Med Care Pro LLC will send out a 1st offense email explaining the late fee of $25.00 that will be charged each week the payment is overdue.
4. If the student still does not respond within 10 days of the overdue payment, we will send a 2nd offense follow-up email to continue or fill out a withdrawal form.
5. If the student has an overdue payment for more than 15 days, they will receive a 3rd offense follow-up email explaining the termination of the course. We strive to work with our students to ensure their success, but timely payments are crucial to maintaining enrollment in our program.
